Ready-made companies established by UEPA

Sometimes it becomes necessary to act fast in order to grasp a business opportunity – be it a piece of highly sought after real estate or an interesting contract. Your business partners push you to commit yourself fast, but you do not have a Czech company yet through which you can execute the deal. We sell ready-made companies in the form of a Czech limited liability company (s.r.o.) that are fully incorporated and registered in the Czech commercial register. This means, the company is a fully functional legal entity at the time of purchase.

Our ready-made companies have been established by our firm for the sole purpose of enabling our clients a fast start of their business activities in the Czech Republic.

We GUARANTEE that all our ready-made companies are completely free of liabilities as they have never been used for active business. They have a spotlessly clean corporate history and their registered capital has been fully paid-in. They also have a basic trade license which is sufficient for many business activities and that can be extended according to the needs of our clients.

The company structures are designed to achieve maximum flexibility for our clients. Parts of the basic package of services connected with the purchase of our ready-made companies are:

• Change of the company name
• Change of the registered office (if required by the client)
• Change of the shareholder structure
• Change of the managing director (mandatory)

Pursuant to Czech law, the transfer of shares of an s.r.o. and the change of the managing director can be made with immediate effect – so our clients can take full control of their ready-made company immediately.
