On 28 June, the Czech government approved the prolongation of the Antivirus A programme until 30 October 2021. The programme gives support to employers whose employees had to enter into quarantine. The maximum allowance is 80% of the employees paid salary, including levies.

Also, on 28 June, the Czech Supreme Administrative Court repealed certain articles of the Ministry of Health´s emergency measures regarding mandatory employee testing for small work groups and individuals. According to the court, the measures were not justified and also unnecessary considering the epidemic situation at the time of their imposition.

The obligation to test employees ends on 1 July 2021.
