The Council of the Capital City of Prague has decided to provide a rent discount to entrepreneurs renting premises in buildings owned by the Capital City. The discount was set at 30% of the monthly rent paid for the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2020. This discount will apply to tenants of non-residential business premises whose activities have been significantly reduced as a result of the current pandemic. The application form is on the website of the Prague Real Estate Portal (http://www.realitniportalpraha.cz/).

Kindly note that this discount does not apply to business premises in the ownership of one of Prague’s municipal districts. However, some of Prague’s municipal districts are about to adopt similar discounts, so concerned businesses should watch the situation closely.
