We would like to inform you of the extension of the obligation to test employees with antigen tests.  Newly, companies with 10 to 49 employees are also obligated to test their employees.

These companies are obliged to invite their employees to be tested no later than by March 19th, 2021 and to perform the first testing by March 26th, 2021.

The obligation to test the employees once every 7 days remains in force also for the other companies with over 50 employees, the possible increasing of the frequency of testing to twice a week is currently being discussed. We will keep you informed of further developments.
