Miloš Kulda’s busy year

We congratulate our colleague Mgr. Miloš Kulda, Ph.D. for successfully passing his bar exam. Miloš has been with UEPA since 2016, first joining us as a trainee attorney-at-law. He spent most of the mandatory 3-year apprenticeship in UEPA, where he worked on cases involving various areas of commercial law. In parallel, he completed his doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and received a Ph.D. in European law. The year 2019 has been very busy for Miloš, who has recently turned 30.

We are happy to announce that he accepted our offer to continue to work for us as a fully qualified attorney-at-law. He specialises in civil, commercial and European law and has recently worked on many cases involving real estate projects as well.

UEPA is proud of the stability of its team, which represents a great benefit to our clients – both previous trainee attorneys-at-law who were admitted to practice law after having passed the bar exam in mid-2018 and early 2019, respectively, have also decided to stay with us.
