TAM Consulting starting business operations

TAM Consulting, advisory company based in Prague focusing on the demanding clients, has started its operations.  All four partners are experts with long-time experience in their respective fields. Gernot Daumann, Markus Hermann, Jiří Polák and Andreas Ueltzhöffer are the founders of advisory company that, among others takes care of corporate transactions, acquisitions, financing and succession in companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The team advises owners of companies, managers, investors and banks in certain key economic areas that are of major importance to the companies.
