Martin Murad joined our team as a very experienced lawyer in early January. He will primarily manage a continuously increasing number of international projects we are dealing with.

UEPA has been among others accompanying foreign investors at their market entry in the Czech Republic and also in Slovakia for many years. However, in the recent past, the need for advice to Czech and Slovak companies wishing to expand internationally has also risen sharply. UEPA responds to this positive development by including an experienced and multilingual expert in the field and is pleased to announce Martin Murad joined the firm assuming the position of Senior Counselor at UEPA as of January 1, 2018.

Martin Murad graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno. He opened Peterka & Partners´s office in Poland and successfully managed it for several years. He cooperated with Peterka & Partners in various positions for more than 10 years. He was amongst others jointly responsible for the business development strategy of the entire group.

Martin Murad advises clients in various areas of compliance, corporate, real estate and employment law. In addition to his native Slovak, Martin Murad is fluent in Czech, English, French and Polish.
