Lucie Hladěnová joined UEPA in 2015 as a senior counsel. After studying law at Charles University in Prague, she had worked for three years at the business law firm of Balcar, Polanský, Nipl, Šilar in Prague, and afterwards advised corporate clients at prestigious law firm JUDr. Šilar & spol. for sixteen years.

She focuses on commercial, corporate and employment law. Lucie Hladěnová also has extensive experience in providing comprehensive advice to Czech and foreign investors in connection with the acquisition, construction, financing and rental of commercial real estate. Since 2017, she has put an additional focus on preparing our clients for the new European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For this purpose, she has set up a specialized multidisciplinary team of lawyers and IT specialists in UEPA. Lucie Hladěnová advises her clients in Czech and German as well as in English.
