This autumn, Ms. Beata Reddet is strengthening our team. Beata is a lawyer from WENNER (www.wenner.eu), our partner office in Paris that is also a member of the PANGEA network. Among other mothers she will assist us in supporting our French clients.

WENNER was founded in 1963 by Wolfgang Wenner as the first German-French law firm based in Paris. Initially, WENNER advised companies from German and French speaking countries in all legal matters arising from their activities in France and Germany. For the last 20 years WENNER has also developed a strong Italian client base and established an office in Milan. Especially thanks to the close partnership within the PANGEA network and the establishment of an international team, WENNER now has clients all over the world. The main focus of the firm lies in corporate law, M&A, distribution law, employment law, intellectual property law, competition law, construction law, real estate law, renewable energies, environmental law, international law and criminal law.

Beata Reddet is a member of the corporate team and her work includes the founding, dissolution and liquidation of companies, mergers, conversions, approval of accounts, capital operations, the sale of units and shares, changes in corporate governance (e.g. changes in management, statutory modifications) and also commercial court and tax administration formalities and filings. Besides Slovak, which is her mother tongue, Beata speaks fluent French, German and English.

WENNER, just like UEPA, is an active member of the PANGEA NET (www.pangea-net.org), an international network of independent international law firms. Thanks to the network’s structure and approach PANGEA can provide high quality and efficient commercial advice.

The goal of UEPA and WENNER is to cooperate even more closely in the future to support Czech and Slovak clients in France, or French clients in the Czech and Slovak Republic.
