Martina Jankovská is a Senior Counsel with UEPA. She has over 20 years of experience in advocacy. After graduating in business administration at the Mining University in Ostrava and in law at Charles University in Prague, where she also received her doctorate, Martina Jankovská worked at the Czech offices of prestigious Austrian law firms, first in Brno and later in Prague and Bratislava, where she also held the position of a managing partner. Since 2015 she has been cooperating with UEPA. The main field of her advisory activity is in compliance, corporate governance, labour-law, intellectual property, IT and data protection. Martina Jankovská also has experience in the spheres of public transport, management and electric power generation including renewable resources. She also worked in the field of telecommunications including regulatory issues and frequency auctions.

Martina Jankovská is an experienced lecturer and author and co-author of numerous legal articles and books.

She is a Czech native speaker and fluent in English, German and Russian.
